Incorporated in 1986, our professional experience and commitment to quality has allowed our success in the Landscape Industry. We provide landscape design and installation services to residential and commercial accounts including some of South Florida’s most exclusive properties. We follow a practical type of design based on the Roberto Burle Marx design philosophy. Roberto Burle Marx is a unique figure in the twentieth century. His creative life has spanned most of the modern movements in art, architecture and landscape design.

As a professional company we are licensed and insured. What does this entail?

• CONTRACTS - Our contracts detail every aspect of the proposed work, the timetable, the cost and any penalties for cancellation of an ongoing service contract.

• BUSINESS LICENSE - Issued by the Broward, Miami-Dade and West Palm Beach Counties in which we do business.

• INSURANCE - Tropical Landscape & Lawn Service carries general liability and worker's compensation Insurance with limits of $3million and $1million respectively.

• Warranty - You will receive a minimum warranty of 6 months on all palms and trees with an option to extend the warranty to 12 months. We will replace the plant with another of the exact same size, even if we need to cart in a new palm using a crane rather than damaging your new garden. We have clients who can vouch for this!
